Combined Churches Art Exhibition

The combined Island Bay churches' art exhibition has become an annual event in the Island Bay Festival. Run by the Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, and Presbyterian churches, the theme for this year is the Stations of the Cross to coincide with the 2010 Festival falling on the first week of Lent. The exhibition is open daily from 1-4pm at the Wellington South Baptist Church, 284 The Parade, Island Bay and runs from Saturday 13th to Sunday 21st February. The exhibition will also be open for those wishing to use it as a meditative guide to begin the journey of Lent from 7-9pm on Sundays 13th and 21st February, and Ash Wednesday (17th February).
